Adrian de Zwart, MSW, RSW, CCTP
Adrian de Zwart is a Canadian-trained and registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience in the field of counseling and mental health. He earned his Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Victoria and went on to complete a Master’s in Clinical Social Work at the University of Calgary.
Adrian is a Registered Social Worker in Alberta, Canada, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). He has advanced training in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and the Gottman Method. His specialized expertise in trauma and addiction care reflects a career-long commitment to helping clients navigate even the most difficult challenges.
His professional journey has included significant roles within public health authorities in Alberta and British Columbia. Most notably, he served as both a Mental Health Therapist and Team Coordinator on Alberta’s Mental Health Crisis Response Team, providing critical frontline support in high-stakes situations.
Currently based in Seoul, Adrian provides psychotherapy and couples therapy to the international community, while also working as a Specialized Trauma Therapist and Addiction Therapist for a Canadian work-mandated treatment program. His international experience allows him to understand the unique challenges of living abroad and adapting to different cultures.

Joe Lent, MSW, RSW
Joe Lent is a Canadian-trained and registered Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees at the University of Calgary in Canada and has worked in a variety of clinical settings, helping clients manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and major life transitions.
Joe is skilled in evidence-based approaches, with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and further experience integrating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based practices. His therapeutic style is practical and collaborative, offering clients clear strategies they can apply in daily life while fostering long-term growth and resilience. Joe practices from the understanding that people already possess within them what they need and that the therapeutic relationship is a vessel for people to understand themselves and their world better.
Throughout his social work career, Joe has worked in both public health and non-profit practice settings, supporting clients from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. His ability to combine structured therapeutic tools with empathy and warmth while taking into consideration complex human-environment systems makes him a strong ally in helping clients move toward improved well-being.

He has an interest in supporting people in recovery from past trauma or difficult life circumstances, including addictions and other behaviours that may lead people to stray from what they value and desire for a good life.
